PHILADELPHIA, PA – Montgomery McCracken is proud to announce that Partner Ashley R. Lynam has been named Co-Chair of the Firm. Lynam is a dynamic leader who has brought extraordinary energy, legal talent, and business acumen to MMWR, having served on both the firm’s Management Committee and Executive Committee. She makes history as the first woman to lead the firm in its 111 years.

Known for her ability to creatively advocate, Ashley has handled the investigation, prosecution and defense of claims for clients including high profile commercial organizations, publicly-traded companies, sports teams, startups, technology companies, pharmaceutical companies, homeowners, hotels, educational institutions, charitable and social services organizations and more. Throughout her career, Lynam has been a trailblazer and advocate for women in the legal profession. Lynam began her career as a rape prosecutor at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, after graduating from Villanova University and Villanova University’s School of Law. Montgomery McCracken congratulates Lynam on her well-deserved election to Co-Chair.
