Abigail L. Parnell is an associate in Montgomery McCracken’s Litigation Department. She focuses her practice on higher education issues, specifically Title IX investigations and advising. Abigail is also a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Appellate practice groups.
Before joining Montgomery McCracken, Abigail worked as an associate assisting the Hon. Lawrence F. Stengel (Ret.) with special master assignments, Title IX appeals, investigations, and complex civil litigation matters.
Abigail earned her law degree from the Pennsylvania State University, Penn State Law in University Park. While at Penn State Law, Abigail was a senior editor of the Penn State Law Arbitration Law Review, a member of the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society, and a certified legal intern for the Penn State Law Family Law Clinic. Prior to law school, Abigail earned her undergraduate degrees from Valparaiso University, where she was a sprinter on the Division I track and field team and a member of the University’s Student Athletic Advisory Council, Student Senate, and University Council.
