Andrew Notaristefano is a member of Montgomery McCracken’s Litigation Department, where he specializes in complex litigation, including product liability, property damage, and construction disputes in both state and federal courts. Andrew’s clientele comprises Fortune 100 companies, engineering firms, contractors, educational institutions, and a diverse array of other entities, reflecting his broad expertise and trusted counsel in high-stakes legal matters.
Andrew brings two decades of trial experience to Montgomery McCracken. He has tried 70 jury trials to verdict – half of them murder cases – and hundreds of bench trials. Prior to joining Montgomery McCracken, Andrew was an associate at a boutique litigation firm in Pennsylvania and served the public as a local, state, and federal prosecutor. His service included tenure as Assistant United States Attorney in the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Tennessee, Senior Deputy Attorney General in the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General and Assistant District Attorney in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, where he served for several years in the Homicide Unit.
Andrew received his J.D. degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law with cum laude honors and his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Delaware.
