Justin Stone is a member of Montgomery McCracken’s Litigation Department. He focuses his practice on complex litigation including antitrust, patent, bankruptcy, securities, financial disputes, and appellate work in both state and federal courts. Justin’s experience and strategic approach make him a trusted advisor for a diverse array of clients facing intricate legal challenges.
Prior to joining Montgomery McCracken, Justin served as counsel at a boutique law firm concentrating on business transactions, commercial litigation, and crypto-related legal services. Before entering private practice, he was an attorney for the Bureau of Competition of the Federal Trade Commission.
Justin is deeply committed to pro bono advocacy. His notable pro bono achievements include successful litigation on behalf of undocumented immigrants and victims of police brutality, showcasing his dedication to justice and community service.
Justin graduated from Cornell University and earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School. He further enhanced his legal expertise with an LL.M. in Law and Economics from George Mason University School of Law.
