Layal Issa Ramirez is an associate in Montgomery McCracken’s Litigation Department. She litigates a broad range of cases in both state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels. Layal has experience at all stages of litigation and focuses her practice on complex litigation matters across a variety of industries. She also has experience conducting internal investigations.
Layal received her J.D. degree with a certificate in trial advocacy and litigation from Temple University Beasley School of Law with cum laude honors. She studied international law abroad at Temple Law’s Tokyo, Japan campus and competed in The Hague, Netherlands as a member of Temple Law’s International Criminal Court Moot Court Team. She also served as a Research Editor for the Temple International and Comparative Law Journal. Layal graduated from Montclair State University with summa cum laude honors and was captain of the Women’s Lacrosse Team.
