Matthew C. DiMaio is an associate in Montgomery McCracken’s Litigation Department. He focuses his practice on complex litigation matters as well as business and real estate transactions. Additionally, he has experience in music and entertainment law and intellectual property law, specifically in the copyright and trademark arenas.
Prior to joining Montgomery McCracken, Matt was an associate for another mid-size Philadelphia law firm.
Matt earned his J.D. degree from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. He received his B.A. degree, cum laude, double majoring in Communication and History with a minor in Modern Russian Language from The University of Scranton and was a member of Men’s Varsity Cross Country team for four years. He also coached high school cross country and track and field at a high school in the greater Philadelphia area for several years.
