About the Seminar 

The New Jersey Supreme Court recently adopted a series of amendments to the Rules Governing the Courts of the State of New Jersey. Some of the changes simply revise existing rules. Other changes are substantive. In order to be an effective advocate for your client, it is imperative that you be aware of the amended rules, and understand how to apply them to the cases you are handling.
