Montgomery McCracken attorney Donald W. Kramer will be presenting on the Arts + Business Council of Greater Philadelphia’s (ABC) Business on Board program on Friday, May 3, 2019. The final day of this program will be focused on thought leadership and practical advice on how to navigate an evolving nonprofit landscape and identify resources for board effectiveness as well as define your developing leadership story. Don will be presenting a session titled, “Mergers, Acquisitions and Fiscal Sponsorships.”
