“Managing Fill | Managing Risk” Breakfast Seminar

Montgomery McCracken partner Tim Bergère will be speaking on a seminar focused on fill management issues faced by the development community. The breakfast seminar is being hosted by Langan on May 18, 2016 at Davio’s Restaurant. The program’s panel of experts will relate practical experiences, good and bad, concerning the challenges of imported and exported fill and provide tools to minimize the associated risks, liabilities and impacts to cost and schedule development projects.
