Perrin Conferences Sexual Abuse Litigation and Coverage Conference

Ashley R. Lynam and Kacie E. Kergides will be panelists during the Perrin Conferences Sexual Abuse Litigation and Coverage Conference session titled, “Damages in Sexual Misconduct Cases.”

The session will explore the value of the models typically tied to the heinousness of abuse and not necessarily to the heinousness of the behavior of the defendant, if victims should go through the tort system, and what factors should contribute to settlement values for different cases and survivors within the same or different cases.
