Jeremy D. Mishkin and Gregory T. Donilon Selected to the Philadelphia Business Journal’s “Best of the Bar”

Montgomery McCracken is pleased to announce that Jeremy D. Mishkin and Gregory T. Donilon have been selected to the Philadelphia Business Journal’s Best of the Bar: Philadelphia’s Top Lawyers. The list identifies Greater Philadelphia’s top lawyers across various categories, including Business Litigation, for which Mishkin was selected, and Bankruptcy, for which Donilon was selected. Mishkin and Donilon will be honored at the 2021 Best of the Bar Awards program on October 28 at Live Casino! and will be featured in the October 29 print edition of the Philadelphia Business Journal.
Mishkin is a partner in Montgomery McCracken’s Litigation Department, Chair of the firm’s E-Commerce, Social Media and Web-Based Business Practice Group, and Co-Chair of the firm’s Digital Crisis Management Practice Group. His practice emphasizes complex commercial matters, catastrophic injury, technology, the Internet and First Amendment/Media Law issues. He has handled litigation and served as national and regional counsel for corporate clients who have been sued in numerous product liability lawsuits in multiple jurisdictions. He has tried cases involving RICO, libel, computer hardware and software, complex mechanical products and industrial chemicals.
Mishkin received his J.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and his B.A. degree in Political Science from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana.
Donilon is a partner in Montgomery McCracken’s Bankruptcy & Financial Restructuring Department. He also serves as the responsible partner for the firm’s Delaware office. Greg’s practice is focused on business restructuring, creditors’ rights and bankruptcy, as well as commercial litigation. Greg has extensive experience in all aspects of financial restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings in Delaware and other jurisdictions and represents corporate debtors, official and ad hoc creditor committees, secured and unsecured creditors, lenders, asset purchasers, landlords, lease and contract parties, liquidation and litigation trustees, plan administrators and other parties in interest. Greg regularly represents parties as lead or Delaware co-counsel in bankruptcy cases and his experience extends across numerous industries, including retail, manufacturing, gas and oil, auto, alternative energy, commercial real estate, entertainment and hospitality, financial, and media and publishing.
Greg received his J.D., cum laude, from American University Washington College of Law and his B.S. degree in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.
