    John G. Papianou, partner with Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads LLP, will serve as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Curtis Institute of Music, effective September 2012.  The board has ultimate authority over the business affairs of Curtis.

    Mr. Papianou is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department.  His practice concentrates on complex civil litigation, with particular emphasis on class actions involving claims under state consumer protection statutes.  Mr. Papianou is also a frequent speaker at continuing legal education programs on class action litigation.
