Montgomery McCracken Adds Associate Kathleen M. Murphy in New York Office

Montgomery McCracken is pleased to announce the addition of Kathleen M. Murphy to the firm’s New York office. Murphy has joined the Litigation Department as an associate.
Murphy focuses her practice on complex litigation matters and has experience in a range of general liability claims as well as real estate litigation.
Murphy earned her J.D. degree from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and her B.A. degree, cum laude, from Villanova University.
Prior to joining Montgomery McCracken, Murphy was an associate at a national law firm. Murphy also served as a Senior Assistant District Attorney in the Violent Criminal Enterprises Bureau of the Kings County District Attorney’s Office, where she investigated and prosecuted a range of crimes including homicides, gang-motivated violence, and firearms trafficking.
