Montgomery McCracken Elects Three New Partners

PHILADELPHIA, PA – Montgomery McCracken is pleased to announce that Dylan F. Henry, Alexandra S. Jacobs, and Jacob A. Sand have been elected to the firm’s partnership. Henry and Sand, located in the firm’s Philadelphia office, and Jacobs, located in the firm’s Cherry Hill office, were associates.

Henry is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department. He focuses his practice on business litigation and has represented clients in a variety of commercial disputes across a wide range of issues including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud and fraudulent transfers, piercing the corporate veil and successor liability, partnership dissolution, professional malpractice, negligence and products liability, insurance defense, and employment practices. Henry also counsels individuals, school systems, and organizations on catastrophic sports injury matters, including the proper management of sport-related traumatic brain injuries and concussions, and other sport-related injuries, including exertional heat stroke. Henry received his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law.
Jacobs is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department. She focuses her practice on contracts, commercial real estate, cannabis law, personal injury, municipal law, cryptocurrency and products liability. Jacobs practices in both federal and state court at the trial and appellate levels. She has substantial experience in trial work and arbitration. Jacobs received her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Rutgers University School of Law where she was the editor-in-chief of the law review. Jacobs also serves on the Board of Directors of Kids Alley, a non-profit organization benefitting at-risk youth in Camden, New Jersey.
Sand is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department. Sand’s practice focuses on complex high-stakes disputes and he has handled a wide variety of matters in that regarding including those arising out of breaches of restrictive covenants, theft of intellectual property, allegations of institutional negligence, employment disputes, shareholder disputes, false and deceptive advertising claims, hacking and cybersecurity incidents, contract disputes and defective products. He also conducts internal investigations for private companies and government agencies and counsels clients on compliance issues including cybersecurity, data privacy, risk management, export control, CFIUS and the design and implementation of effective FCPA and anti-bribery compliance. Sand received his J.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
