Montgomery McCracken Welcomes Three Attorneys

Montgomery McCracken is pleased to announce the addition of three attorneys to the firm’s Litigation Department. Matthew DiMaio and Andrew Notaristefano will be based in the Philadelphia office while Justin Stone will be based in the New York office.
DiMaio (associate) focuses his practice on complex litigation matters as well as business and real estate transactions. Additionally, he has experience in intellectual property law, specifically in the copyright and trademark arenas.
Prior to joining Montgomery McCracken, DiMaio was an associate for another mid-size Philadelphia law firm.
DiMaio earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Scranton. He earned his J.D. degree from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.
Notaristefano (of counsel) specializes in complex litigation, including product liability, property damage, and construction disputes in both state and federal courts. His clientele comprises Fortune 100 companies, engineering firms, contractors, educational institutions, and a diverse array of other entities, reflecting his broad expertise and trusted counsel in high-stakes legal matters.
Prior to joining Montgomery McCracken, Andrew was an associate at a boutique litigation firm in Pennsylvania and served the public as a local, state, and federal prosecutor. His service included tenure as Assistant United States Attorney in the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Tennessee, Senior Deputy Attorney General in the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General and Assistant District Attorney in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, where he served for several years in the Homicide Unit.
Notaristefano earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware. He earned his J.D. degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law.
Stone (of counsel) focuses his practice on complex litigation including antitrust, patent, bankruptcy, securities, financial disputes, and appellate work in both state and federal courts. His experience and strategic approach make him a trusted advisor for a diverse array of clients facing intricate legal challenges.
Prior to joining Montgomery McCracken, Stone served as counsel at a boutique law firm concentrating on business transactions, commercial litigation, and crypto-related legal services. Before entering private practice, he was an attorney for the Bureau of Competition of the Federal Trade Commission.
Stone graduated from Cornell University and earned his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School. He further enhanced his legal expertise with an LL.M. in Law and Economics from George Mason University School of Law.
