Montgomery McCracken Welcomes Two New Attorneys

Montgomery McCracken is pleased to announce the addition of two attorneys to the firm’s Litigation Department. Carson Morris will be based in the Philadelphia office and Gabriella Petrillo will be based in the New York office.
Morris (of counsel) has an extensive background representing clients in criminal and regulatory investigations, trials, and appeals, as well as an array of other proceedings involving allegations of misconduct, including whistleblower accusations, insurance claims, and attorney disciplinary matters, among others. He previously served as a Deputy Attorney General in the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General’s (OAG) Appeals and Legal Services Section.
Morris earned his J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law and his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from George Washington University.
Petrillo (associate) specializes in defending against product liability and toxic tort litigation. Her practice is concentrated on representing industry-leading manufacturers and retailers in the cosmetics, industrial, and automotive sectors.
Petrillo earned her undergraduate degree from Fairfield University. She earned her law degree from St. John’s University School of Law. Petrillo is currently an LL.M. candidate in Fashion Law at Fordham University’s Fashion Law Institute.
