Keir Bradford-Grey Appointed to Serve on the Pennsylvania State Law Enforcement Citizen Advisory Commission

Montgomery McCracken is pleased to announce that partner Keir Bradford-Grey has recently been appointed to serve on the Pennsylvania State Law Enforcement Citizen Advisory Commission (“PSLECAC”). The PSLECAC was created by Pennsylvania Governor, Tom Wolf.
The commission, comprised of Pennsylvania citizens, is chaired by the Deputy State Inspector General for Law Enforcement Oversight. PSLECAC seeks to improve law enforcement relations with the community and strengthen the accountability of law enforcement personnel. Commission members will focus on promoting transparency, fairness, and accountability among the Commonwealth’s state law enforcement agencies by examining events and conducting reviews of policies, practices, and procedures.
Bradford-Grey concentrates her practice on white collar and government investigations and criminal defense. Utilizing the depth of experience she earned as an agency head, Keir works with executive leadership, HR teams, and in-house counsel to create legal strategies tailored to align with the vision for their companies. She helps clients develop proactive and constructive approaches that allows companies to improve employee relations and avoid costly litigation.
Prior to joining Montgomery McCracken, she was the Chief Defender of the Defender Association of Philadelphia. In her role, she not only led communities to be in strategic partnership with the justice system stakeholders, but she also bridged gaps between city and state elected officials to advance reforms in policing and spearheaded constructive alternatives for our system.
Bradford-Grey received her J.D. degree from Ohio Northern University Petit School of Law and earned her B.S. degree from Albany State University.
