Montgomery McCracken Adds Litigation Associate Chad Flores in Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA–Montgomery McCracken is pleased to announce that Chad Flores has joined the firm’s Litigation Department as an associate in Philadelphia. Flores joins the firm from Ballard Spahr and will focus on commercial litigation.
Flores has experience representing clients in a range of employment matters including discrimination claims, Family and Medical Leave Act violations, noncompete agreements, breach of contract litigation and whistleblower allegations. He has experience in breach of fiduciary duty claims, shareholder disputes, corporate governance issues, chapters 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcies, mass tort and asbestos litigation, wrongful death suits, foreclosure proceedings, landlord-tenant disputes and malpractice litigation. Additionally, he has represented financial service organizations with regard to regulatory and compliance issues.
Flores holds a J.D. from Emory University School as well as a B.A. in History and Political Science and a Certificate in Markets and Management from Duke University. He is currently pursuing an LL.M. in Bankruptcy from St. John’s University School of Law.
