Stacy Fols – NJ Supreme Court Committee Reappointment

Stacy Alison Fols, a partner with Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads LLP has been re-appointed to serve a fifth two-year term on the Civil Practice Committee of the New Jersey Supreme Court.  The committee of about twenty-five attorneys and judges analyze all proposed amendments or additions to the New Jersey Court Rules and make recommendations to the Supreme Court as to which changes should be adopted.

Fols is a member of Montgomery McCracken’s Litigation Department in the Cherry Hill, NJ office.  Her practice concentrates on complex civil litigation, appellate practice, and First Amendment law.
