Montgomery, McCracken, Walker & Rhoads, LLP partner Tricia J. Sadd has been elected to serve as a board member for the Clean Air Council (http://www.cleanair.org/). Founded in 1967 and headquartered in Philadelphia, the Clean Air Council is a member- supported, non-profit environmental organization dedicated to protecting everyone’s right to breathe clean air. Its focus has expanded to include children’s environmental health, energy, climate change, waste and recycling, and transportation.
Certified by the U.S. Green Building Council as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional, or “LEED® AP,” Sadd is co-chair of the firm’s Energy and Sustainable Business practices. She represents clients in negotiating energy transactions, such as power purchase agreements and land use agreements for renewable energy siting. She assists clients in understanding and addressing the legal implications associated with “going green.” Other aspects of Sadd’s practice include commercial litigation, real estate and technology matters.
Sadd is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
